ABOUT THE RETREAT

As You Are is a transformative women’s wellness retreat set in a luxurious home nestled in the natural beauty of Southampton, NY. Designed to nurture personal growth, emotional exploration, and deep self-care, this intimate gathering invites you to show up just as you are, without any masks or expectations.

Over the course of the 4 days, you will have the ability to disconnect from the fast-paced society, slow down, rest, and move through thoughtfully-curated activities centered on well-being, including mindful meditation, journaling, and reflective practices. Each day will focus on a specific theme to guide you deeper into self-connection, empowerment, and inner peace and joy.

 

With only 6-7 spots available, As You Are offers an intentionally intimate experience allowing space for presence, healing, and authentic connection with yourself and others, all while unplugging and reconnecting with nature. Group activities and communal spaces encourage connection and heartfelt conversation, creating a warm, supportive sisterhood among participants.

The J Luxury Villa

The J is a stunning luxury estate located in an exclusive Southampton neighborhood, offering an unmatched setting for a wellness retreat. This exquisite property offers beautifully landscaped grounds and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and connection. Enjoy top-tier outdoor amenities including a 90-jet hot tub, heated gunite pool, sauna, outdoor shower, cooking station, ample seating, and a spacious fire pit area for group gatherings.

 

Inside, The J features six private bedrooms, heated bidet toilets, a gourmet kitchen and kitchenette, smart LED TVs, billiards, foosball, two home theaters, spa-style bathrooms with a double steam shower, and high-end furnishings to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

This schedule is a living outline designed to support the flow of the retreat. While I’ve thoughtfully planned each offering, some elements may shift slightly to honor the needs of the group, the rhythm of the day, or the energy of the moment.

About Your Retreat Host

The idea for this retreat was born after a transformative experience in beautiful Bali in October 2024. I had the pleasure of attending my first wellness and yoga retreat with Sound of Om, a local yoga studio based in Jersey City, NJ. Alongside an intimate group of women from all over the world, I found myself part of a community that felt instantly meaningful. Though we came from different places and were in different stages of life, we shared something powerful: a deep desire to reconnect, reflect, and grow.

Surrounded by strong, supportive women, I learned to listen to my instincts, trust myself more deeply, and speak my truth. I began to understand the importance of taking up space, honoring my needs and desires, and showing up as my full, authentic self. Being there, I felt accepted, empowered, and inspired in a way that stayed with me long after I returned home. That experience shifted something within me, and it made me want to do more.

As a mental health counselor, I’ve always been passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where people feel seen and supported. After Bali, I felt called to expand that work and I began teaching meditation and journaling classes at the studio as a way to hold space for reflection, healing, and meaningful connection.

This retreat is a natural extension of that mission. It’s a blending of my professional training and my personal passion for well-being, self-discovery, and community. My intention is to create and offer the kind of space that changed my life, a space where you feel grounded, held, and free to rediscover yourself.
