Whether through psychotherapy or coaching, she supports clients using a blend of evidenced-based techniques, self-reflection practices, mindset shifts, and intentional routines, she supports clients in deepening their self-awareness and creating a strong foundation for lasting personal growth.

Through mindfulness practices, intentional habits, and supportive group work, you’ll develop a sustainable rhythm for living with more clarity, ease, and purpose.​
