ABOUT THE RETREAT

The As You Are Retreat was hosted for the first time last year. After attending my own first retreat the year before, I experienced such a deep personal transformation that I felt inspired to create that same space for other women.

I absolutely loved the experience I had. I felt pampered, I had a real break from work and taking care of others, and I finally got to focus on myself. I was nourishing my body with healthy food, moving intentionally, reflecting, and connecting with incredible women from different parts of the world and in different stages of their lives. It was all SO restorative. For the first time in a long time, I wasn’t pouring into everyone else. I was pouring into myself, and it felt deeply fulfilling.

That’s why I choosing to host it again this year. 

I believe that when women are given the space to step away from their responsibilities, be intentional, and reconnect with themselves, real “healing” happens from within. And when our cup is full, we’re able to show up in our lives with more love, clarity, and energy.

The As You Are Retreat is an intimate, fully-curated experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Your investment includes 3 nights of luxury accommodations, private yoga sessions, mindful workshops, a homemade welcome dinner, a group dinner out, and a fully stocked house with groceries.​

Shared King (Shared) 

A shared king-size bed within a shared room. Ideal for guests open to sharing a bed and room while enjoying a spacious, comfortable environment.

Pricing: $1,111 per guest

Choose this option if: 

  • Don't mind sharing a bed and a room

  • Are comfortable in shared spaces

  • Value community and affordability 

  • Are open to making a new friend

Private Queen (Shared)

A private bedroom with a shared queen-size bed. Suitable for guests comfortable sleeping together while enjoying the comfort of a private room.

Pricing: $1,333 per guest

Choose this option if: 

  • Are attending with a close friend

  • Enjoy sharing sleeping space 

  • Want a private room at a lower per-person rate

Private Queen (Solo) 

A cozy queen-size bedroom providing a private, peaceful space at a more accessible price point.

Pricing: $1,555

Choose this option if: 

  • Need complete privacy to recharge

  • Want a more accessible solo option

Shared King (Solo)

Your own king-size bed within a shared bedroom. Ideal for guests who want personal sleeping space without the need for a fully private room. 

Pricing: $1,222

Choose this option if: 

  • Want your own bed but don't mind sharing a room

  • Prefer a balance of independence and connection

Private King (Shared)

A private bedroom with a shared king-size bed. Ideal for close friends who want to share space while enjoying the comfort of a private room.

Pricing: $1,444 per guest

Choose this option if: 

  • Are attending with a close friend

  • Enjoy sharing sleeping space 

  • Want a private room at a lower per-person rate

Private King (Solo) 

A private bedroom with a king-size bed for guests who value complete privacy and deep rest. 

Pricing: $1,777

Choose this option if: 

  • Need complete privacy to recharge

  • Value spaciousness and quiet

*All rooms offer the same access to retreat programming, meals, and experiences. Choose the option that best supports how you rest and restore. (Please note that the retreat location may change. If so, room configurations may vary slightly, while the overall experience, inclusions, and value of the retreat remain the same.) 

To honor comfort and privacy, room selections are first-come, first served. If a room is booked for solo use, the shared-bed option for that room will no longer be available. It's recommended to book early if you have a strong preference for a specific room type.

 

A deposit of $333 reserves your spot. The remaining balance is DUE by the retreat date. If you're unable to attend,  you can transfer your spot to another guest. 

Group Bookings

If you’re planning to attend with friends, I can a reduced rate for small groups of 3–4. Please reach out for details!

  • Off-site activities or excursions during free time

  • Alcohol beverages (to support a clear and mindful retreat experience, minimal or no alcohol consumption is strongly encouraged) 

  • 1:1 coaching with retreat host, massage services (optional add-ons)

Making this Space Accessible

One of my intentions for this retreat is to make space for women who feel genuinely called to this experience but may be navigating financial constraints. For that reason, I am offering 1–2 partial scholarship spots.

About Your Retreat Host

The idea for this retreat was born after a transformative experience in beautiful Bali in October 2024. I had the pleasure of attending my first wellness and yoga retreat with Sound of Om, a local yoga studio based in Jersey City, NJ. Alongside an intimate group of women from all over the world, I found myself part of a community that felt instantly meaningful. Though we came from different places and were in different stages of life, we shared something powerful: a deep desire to reconnect, reflect, and grow.

Surrounded by strong, supportive women, I learned to listen to my instincts, trust myself more deeply, and speak my truth. I began to understand the importance of taking up space, honoring my needs and desires, and showing up as my full, authentic self. Being there, I felt accepted, empowered, and inspired in a way that stayed with me long after I returned home. That experience shifted something within me, and it made me want to do more.

As a mental health counselor, I’ve always been passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where people feel seen and supported. After Bali, I felt called to expand that work and I began teaching meditation and journaling classes at the studio as a way to hold space for reflection, healing, and meaningful connection.

This retreat is a natural extension of that mission. It’s a blending of my professional training and my personal passion for well-being, self-discovery, and community. My intention is to create and offer the kind of space that changed my life, a space where you feel grounded, held, and free to rediscover yourself.
